PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during the regular Town Council Meeting of January 12, 2023, the Hideout Town Council adopted Ordinance number 2023-O-01 and 2023-O-02.

•    Ordinance 2023-O-01 amended Hideout Municipal Code to change reference from the Board of Adjustment to Administrative Law Judge

•    Ordinance 2023-O-02 amended Hideout Municipal Code 8.09 to correct the timeframe to clear snow from fire hydrants, and to clarify snow plowing limitations
