Public Notice of 2025 Municipal Election
PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to Utah Code 10-3-301(2), public notice is hereby given of offices up for election and dates of the election in the Town of Hideout, Utah.

Mayor 4-year Term
Council Member 4-year Term

HOW TO FILE FOR OFFICE
Declaration of Candidacy forms or Nomination Petitions must be filed in person with the Hideout City Recorder at 10860 North Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah.
Interested parties may file for candidacy beginning Monday, June 2nd through Friday, June 6th between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CANDIDACY
(Utah Code Annotated 20A-9-203):
- Be a United States citizen at the time of filing
- Be a registered voter of the municipality
- Be a resident of the municipality for a period of twelve consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the General Election (11/4/2025)
- Must not be a convicted felon, unless the right to hold elective office has been restored

Primary Election (if needed) Tuesday, August 12, 2025
General Election Tuesday, November 4, 2025
