Applying for a Business License in Hideout

Home-based Business Licenses: If you wish to apply for a business license for your home-based business located within Hideout, please use the following form: Business License Application

Please refer to Hideout Municipal Code 4.06 for further information on home-based businesses.

Short-term Rental Licenses: Short-term rentals are only allowed in certain subdivisions within Hideout. All other subdivisions are prohibited. 

Pursuant to Hideout Municipal Code 4.07.02, a properly licensed Property Management Company must be able to respond on-site within 30 minutes of a call or complaint. 

Each unit must have an annual inspection from the Wasatch Fire District and Wasatch County Health Department prior to the issuance of a business license. Please contact each entity to schedule these inspections.
