The Town of Hideout has been expertly represented for more than 2 years by Dan Dansie of the Salt Lake Firm York Howell & Guyman. A few months back, Mr. Dansie informed the Town that he would be taking on other responsibilities at the Firm and that the Town would need to find new representation.
Hideout published an RFP for legal services and executed a review process that led us to identify and retain a new legal representative. Hideout has selected Polly McLean as its next Town Attorney. Ms. McLean has been practicing law since 1996 and working on municipal law for the last 15 years. She attended Cornell Law School and is admitted to practice law in the States of Utah and New York. Ms. McLean lives in the nearby community and is well aware of the regional issues facing Hideout and the community at large. I am confident her local knowledge will be useful to us.
I want to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Dansie for his service, guidance, patience, and friendship throughout the past two years. He has been a superb partner for Hideout and we will miss him.
I also want to welcome Ms.McLean. In just the short time we have been working together it is apparent we have chosen wisely and I am confident that Ms. McLean will serve Hideout equally well.
Mr. Dansie and Ms. McLean are working together to assure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
Thank you, Dan
Welcome, Polly
