Public Notice of Ordinance Adoption

During the regular Town Council Meeting of May 13, 2021, the Hideout Town Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2021-O-03, 2021-O-04, and 2021-O-05.

  • Ordinance 2021-O-03 provided terms and conditions for the approval of the Deer Springs Subdivision Phases 2A and 2B
  • Ordinance 2021-O-04 amended Hideout Municipal Code 10.02.12 to include Appendix D of the International Fire Code
  • Ordinance 2021-O-05 amended Hideout Municipal Code 5.04.100 through 5.04.120 and adopted 11.06.08.03 to include a Noxious Weed Abatement Bond
