The Town is currently performing routine cleaning of the sanitary sewer systems in the following developments; Shoreline Phase 1, Silver Sky, Soaring Hawk, and minimal cleaning on Longview Drive past the roundabout, Lasso Trail, and later, Rustler. This work involves pressure-jetting the sewer mains and performing a camera inspection on cleaned lines a day or two later.

During cleaning, the jetting may result in air bursts up your sewer lateral, creating the possibility for bubbling up or air bursts in floor drains and toilets, etc. This could result in a minimal amount of water splashing out of toilet bowls. We recommend that, during cleaning along your street, you cover your toilet with a towel and close the seat lid on top to prevent splashing onto the floor.

We estimate the following schedule, which is subject to change.

• 7/19 PM – 7/20 AM: 11228 N through 11268 N Shoreline Court (behind homes)
• 7/20 AM/PM: Soaring Hawk (Sewer Main behind Fox Hollow Ct., i.e. we don’t anticipate this affecting any homes)
• 7/21: Finishing Soaring Hawk (Mains not affecting homes); 1256 E to 1331 E Lasso Trail
• 7/21 – 7/22: Rustler
