Ordinance Adoption

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during the Regular Town Council Meeting of
August 12, 2021, the Hideout Town Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2021-O-11,
2021-O-12, and 2021-O-13.

• Ordinance 2021-O-11 granted an electric utility franchise and general utility easement to Rocky Mountain Power
• Ordinance 2021-O-12 amended the Hideout Town Code Chapter 3.04 to replace the Board of Adjustment with an Administrative Law Judge
• Ordinance 2021-O-13 adopted Hideout Town Code Title 9 Chapter 07 and provided regulations regarding a sufficient infrastructure for a proposed development
