Ordinance Adoption

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during the regular Town Council Meeting of September 8, 2022, the Hideout Town Council adopted Ordinance Number 2022-O-05, which amended Hideout Municipal Code 4.02.010 Definitions – Business License and Regulations, and adopted Title 4, Chapter 07 – Regulation of Short Term (Nightly) Rentals. This Ordinance defines short term rentals and regulates any short term rentals which are permitted by the Town.
