Golden Eagle Lot Owners:

Beginning first thing Monday morning, June 12, 2023, the Town will begin processing pending building permit applications and issuing permits to those applicants where the only issues identified were the fire access road, shoulders, storm drain plan, fire flows (assuming the fire flow testing has been done for the relevant lot), and improvement completion assurances.

Applications will be processed in the order they were submitted. If you have an application pending, please look at City Inspect for the most up-to-date information.

For any newly-submitted applications, the above will not prevent approval of the application. We will work to process the applications as quickly as possible.

Please be patient as staff works through the permits. Phone calls to staff will interrupt them from processing any applications, so please allow adequate time before contacting them.
