Ordinance Adoption

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during the regular Town Council Meeting of September 14, 2023, the Hideout Town Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2023-O-06 and 2023-O-07. 

• Ordinance 2023-O-06 repealed and replaced Hideout Municipal Code 1.26 in its entirety and replaced it to follow Utah State Code 10-3-208 and 10-3-209 or successor statutes. 
• Ordinance 2023-O-07 amended Hideout Municipal Code 4.7.02 to require an annual inspection and approval by the Wasatch County Health Department and Wasatch County Fire Department prior to obtaining a business license for a short-term rental, and to contract the services of a property management company that is licensed and can respond on-site within 30 minutes.
