NOTICE TO ALL HIDEOUT RESIDENTS

With the snow season upon us, please be reminded that any gutter ramps that are installed must be removed to allow for snow plows. 

Pursuant to Hideout Municipal Code 8.04.030, it is unlawful for any person owning, occupying or having control of any premises to place, or permit to be placed, upon or in the sidewalk, parking area, gutter or on the half of the street next to such premises any permanent or temporary structure, mechanism, device, object or other thing of any kind or character (for example, but not limited to: bridges or ramps), for the months of October 31st through April 15th.
