PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Hideout Town Council will hold Public Hearings on June 13, 2024 at 6:00 pm for the following purposes:
- To discuss, with possible approval, amendments to the Town Budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2024*; and
- To discuss and possibly approve an ordinance regarding a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) increase for the compensation schedule for executive municipal officers; and
- To discuss, with possible approval, a driveway amendment to lot R-3 of Hideout Canyon Phase 8 (parcel number 00-0020-8717) to relocate the twenty foot (20’) wide limited common area for the driveway; and
- To discuss, with possible approval, amendments to Hideout Municipal Code Chapter 10.08, including, but not limited to, placement of hot tubs as in 10.08.08.15
*Copies of the budget amendments are available for review at the Hideout Town Hall Building, located at 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, UT; or on the Town’s website at https://hideoututah.gov/financials/
