NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
HIDEOUT TOWN

The HIDEOUT TOWN is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.

  • The HIDEOUT TOWN tax on a $873,000 residence would increase from $225.67 to $293.85, which is $68.18 per year.
  • The HIDEOUT TOWN tax on a $873,000 business would increase from $410.31 to $534.28, which is $123.97 per year.
  • If the proposed budget is approved, HIDEOUT TOWN would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 30.26% above last year’s property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.

All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
