PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during the regular Town Council Meetings of January 9, February 13, and April 10, 2025, the Hideout Town Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2025-O-01, 2025-O-02, and 2025-O-03.

Ordinance 2025-O-01 amended Titles 8, 9, and 10 of the Hideout Municipal Code to remove specific engineering and road design standards from the Code and incorporate them into a new Standard Specifications and Drawing Manual, which was adopted by Resolution 2025-R-01.

Ordinance 2025-O-02 amended the business licensing provisions of the Hideout Municipal Code to establish a 12-month term for business licenses and clarify due dates and penalties for late payments.

Ordinance 2025-O-03 established a formal process for Town Council Members to request and receive confidential briefings from the Town Administration regarding significant matters, including potential litigation and unbudgeted financial risks.
