NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hideout Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM, electronically via Zoom, and in-person at Hideout Town Hall, located at 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah, 84036. The meeting is held for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following items: 

• Review and Possible Action by the Planning Commission regarding the Wildhorse Preliminary Subdivision – Parcel 00-0020-8164 contains 15.19 acres and will include 12 single-family lots and a lot for neighborhood commercial development.  (This property is located on the east side of SR248 and just north of the KLAIM development.)
• Review and Possible Action by the Planning Commission regarding the Deer Springs Phase 3 Preliminary Subdivision – Parcel 00-0021-3162 contains 8.845 acres proposed to be subdivided to allow for 27 townhome lots and includes a park, playground, and dog park.  (This property is located at the end of Belaview Way and just west of SR248.) 

Public comment is welcome and may be made in-person, by dialing in, or by logging into Zoom conferencing.

Public comment may also be sent via email to hideoututah@hideoututah.gov. All comments will be distributed to the Planning Commission and entered into public record. Comments must be received prior to 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of the meeting in order to be considered.
