Notice of Public Hearing

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hideout Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday April 9, 2026, at 6:30 PM , electronically via Zoom, and in-person at Hideout Town Hall, located at 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah, 84036.

The Public Hearing is held for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following item:

Review and Consideration of Approval for Ordinance 2026-O-X-X amending the Official Town of Hideout Municipal Code to allow the Planning Commission to reduce the required minimum setbacks in the Neighborhood Mixed Use (NMU) to accommodate public safety facilities.

Public comment is welcome and may be made in-person or via Zoom.

Public comment may also be sent via email to hideoututah@hideoututah.gov. Email must be received by 12:00 PM (noon) the day prior to the meeting. All comments will be distributed to the Town Council and entered into public record.
