PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Town of Hideout
Notice is hereby given that the Hideout Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in the Town Hall Council Chambers, located at 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah 84036.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding proposed amendments to the Town’s consolidated fee schedule, including increases and modifications to planning application fees (including plat amendments and lot combinations), escrow requirements, and utility rates for water, sewer, and storm‑water services. Following the public hearing, the Town Council may consider and take action to adopt the proposed amendments.

The public is invited to attend in person or via the virtual meeting link available on the Town’s website on the Meetings page at www.hideoututah.gov.
The public hearing will be held during the Town Council meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Comments may also be submitted by noon on the day of the hearing via email to mdevereux@hideoututah.gov.
