Public Hearing – Town Council – Notice of Cancellation / Rescheduling to November 19, 2019 – re Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Enactment

Notice is hereby given that the public hearing previously scheduled to be held by the Hideout Town Council on Thursday November 14, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. is now scheduled to be heard on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 10860 North Hideout Trail, Hideout, UT  84036.  The purpose of this hearing is set out below:

The Town of Hideout hereby provides notice pursuant to Utah Code § 11-36a-502 and Utah Code § 11-36a-504 of its intent to: (1) adopt an Impact Fee Facilities Plan; and (2) adopt an Impact Fee Enactment. An Impact Fee is the payment of money imposed upon new development activity as a condition of development approval and is used to mitigate the impact of the new development on public infrastructure. If the Impact Fee Enactment is adopted, persons developing property within the Town of Hideout may be required to pay an Impact Fee prior to, or in connection with, such development activity.

The Hideout Town Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 19, at 6:00 P.M., at the Hideout Town Hall located at 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah 84036. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input and comment from the public and for the Town Council to consider approval of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and adoption of an Impact Fee Enactment. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.  

Copies of the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan the proposed Impact Fee Enactment will be available at the Hideout Town Hall beginning ten (10) days prior to the hearing identified above.
