Public notice is hereby given that the Hideout Planning Commission will hold an electronic Public Hearing on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. to obtain public comment on the following:
- Review and possible recommendation to Town Council regarding the final Lakeview Estates Subdivision
- Review and possible recommendation to Town Council regarding the final Deer Waters Phase 4 Subdivision
- Review and possible recommendation to Town Council regarding Subdivision/Lot Amendment to Hideout Canyon Lot 37
- Review and possible recommendation to Town Council regarding Subdivision/Lot Amendment to Hideout Canyon Lot R-3
- Review and possible recommendation to Town Council regarding the Parks, Open Space and Trails plan
All meetings will be an electronic meeting without an anchor location pursuant to Planning Chair Matyszczyk’s No Anchor Site Determination Letter. Public comments are welcome and can be made by dialing or logging into Zoom Conferencing using the following:
