PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hideout Town Council will hold an electronic public hearing and continued public hearing on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 6:15 pm for the following purposes:
PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS:
- Review and possible approval of the Lakeview Estates Subdivision
- Review and possible approval of the Deer Waters Phase 4 Subdivision
- Review and possible approval of the Parks, Open Space and Trails Plan
CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS:
- To ratify and adopt the Official Zoning Map of the Town of Hideout to reflect existing zoning
All meetings will be held electronically without an anchor location pursuant to Mayor Rubin’s No Anchor Site Determination Letter. Public comments are welcome and can be made by dialing or logging into Zoom Conferencing using the following:
