PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hideout Planning Commission will hold an electronic public hearing on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm for the purposes of to review an amendment to the Master Development Agreement for the Deer Springs Community, and to review the final plat for KLAIM Phase 3 subdivision.

All meetings will be held electronically without an anchor location pursuant to Planning Chair Anthony Matyszczyk’s No Anchor Site Determination Letter. Public comments are welcome and can be made by dialing or logging into Zoom Conferencing using the following:
