PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during the regular Town Council Meeting of April 14, 2022, the Hideout Town Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2022-O-03 and 2022-O-04.

•  Ordinance 2022-O-03 adopted the 2006 Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code as adopted by the State of Utah and published by the International Code Council and amended by Hideout Town Council. This Ordinance also adopted Appendix C, an appendix used to determine the fire hazard severity. All land within the town limits of the Town of Hideout are designated to be Wildland-Urban Interface.
• Ordinance 2022-O-04 amended Hideout Municipal Code 6.08.050 PROHIBITED ACTS AND ACTIVITIES regarding fireworks and ignition sources, and designated May 1st through November 30th of each year to prohibit the use of ignition sources within Hideout town limits. It also provided clarification that enclosed grills and gas fire pits are not prohibited with proper clearance from flammable materials.
