NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING

AMENDING THE CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE

Notice is hereby given that the Hideout, UT Town Council will hold a Special Meeting and host a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in Hideout Town Hall, 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah 84036, in the Council Chambers.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input regarding proposed amendments to the Town’s consolidated fee schedule. The proposed amendments include updates to Planning Fees (including increases to Plat Amendment and Lot Combination application fees and escrow amounts, and revisions to public hearing requirements to reflect recent Utah Code changes); and increases to utility fees for water, sewer, and storm water.

The public is invited to attend in person or via zoom. Comments may also be submitted prior to the hearing by email to mdevereux@hideoututah.gov. The text of the proposed consolidated fee schedule amendments is available for review here or by contacting the Town Recorder at 801.989.2257.
