NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
HIDEOUT TOWN

The HIDEOUT TOWN is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.

–    The HIDEOUT TOWN tax on a $1,600,000 residence would increase from $382.80 to $409.20, which is $26.40 per year.

–    The HIDEOUT TOWN tax on a $1,600,000 business would increase from $696.00 to $744.00, which is $48.00 per year.

–    If the proposed budget is approved, HIDEOUT TOWN would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 6.86% above last year’s property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.

All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
