Dear Hideout Residents:

The Town of Hideout, in partnership with the Shoreline, Lakeview, and Deer Waters Developments, is building a new sewer lift station located near the bottom of Shoreline Phase 2.  This new lift station will provide both needed waste management capacity through a modernized installation, as well as provide redundancy that allows better uptime, and easier maintenance of the lift station.  

The project will require significant disruption to the utility easement that is on the lake side of the Shoreline, Lakeview, and Deer Waters subdivisions.  The project requires heavy equipment to access the easement road which will certainly create noise and dust throughout the duration of the project.  We apologize for the disruption, but the work is required.  The work on the easement road is expected to end by the end of October assuming the weather stays mainly dry.  Once the work is complete, the easement will be restored.

Construction work is also required along Shoreline Drive which will run through the end of the year.  This work is in the utility easement on the uphill side of shoreline drive.

The project will eventually cross Shoreline Drive at Belleview Way which will be managed so that Deer Springs residents will be able to access their properties throughout the duration of the project.
