Construction on a new home at 1006 Longview Drive is scheduled to begin this week. Due to the steep downhill slope of the lot, there is limited space to store construction materials onsite. As a result, there may be times when the road and sidewalk in this area are partially blocked or reduced to a single lane to accommodate construction vehicles.

If the road is narrowed to one lane, a flagger will be present to direct traffic and ensure safety. While we expect any delays to be brief—generally lasting no more than 30 minutes at a time—unforeseen circumstances may cause occasional interruptions.

This is a main thoroughfare, and we understand the inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding as crews work to complete the project safely.
