NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hideout Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM, electronically via Zoom, and in-person at Hideout Town Hall, located at 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah, 84036.

The meeting is held for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following item: 

• Review and Consideration of Approval for Ordinance 2026-O-X-X amending the Official Town of Hideout Zoning Map to rezone parcel 00-0021-2486 from Mountain (M) to Neighborhood Mixed Use (NMU) to allow for the location of a Fire Station and possible Public Works building.

Public comment is welcome and may be made in-person, by dialing in, or by logging into Zoom conferencing.

Public comment may also be sent via email to hideoututah@hideoututah.gov. Comments must be received prior to 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of the meeting in order to be considered. . All comments will be distributed to the Town Council and entered into public record.
