Mustang’s May 5, 2021 letter to the CPA is patently false and without any basis.  Representatives of the Town of Hideout categorically deny any wrong doing.   Mustang’s statement regarding the Town are false and inflammatory.    

We have become aware of a letter to the HOA which the Town had no involvement in procuring or releasing.

We are dismayed by unwarranted lawsuits and letters disparaging the Town.   The Town again denies any wrong doing related to Mr. Martino’s letter of May 7, 2021.  This vendetta against the Town is unfounded and unfortunate.
