NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – THE BOULDERS AT HIDEOUT

PROPOSED ZONING MAP

Public notice is hereby given that the Hideout Town Council will hold a Special Meeting / Public Hearing electronically via Zoom on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

  1. Discussion and possible approval of an amendment of the Official Town of Hideout Zoning Map to rezone parcels 00-0020-8181, 00-0020-8182, 00-0020-8184, and 00-0020-8185 (the “Boulders at Hideout Development”) from Mountain (M) zone to Neighborhood Mixed Use (NMU), R20 (Residential 20), R6 (Residential 6), and R3 (Residential 3); and
  2. Discussion and possible approval of a Master Development Agreement (MDA) regarding the Boulders at Hideout Development

All meetings will be an electronic meeting without an anchor location pursuant to Mayor Rubin’s No Anchor Site Determination Letter. Public comments are welcome and can be made by dialing or logging into Zoom Conferencing using the following:

Public comments may also be sent via email to hideoututah@hideoututah.gov. All comments will be read during the public comment portion of the meeting and entered into public record. Comments must be received prior to the meeting start time in order to be considered.

This Courtesy Notice was sent to all private property owners and affected entities pursuant to Utah State Code 10-9a-205. Pursuant to Utah State Code 10-9a-205, the owner of real property may, no later than ten (10) days after the day of the first public hearing (March 29, 2022), file a written objection to the inclusion of the owner’s property in the proposed zoning map amendment. That objection should be filed at Hideout Town Hall, located at 10860 N Hideout Trail, Hideout, UT 84036. Each written objection filed with the municipality will be provided to the municipal legislative body.
