PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during the regular Town Council Meeting of November 10, 2022, the Hideout Town Council adopted Ordinance number 2022-O-07, prohibiting obstructions of any kind or character on public streets and property for any duration of time during the months of October 31st through April 15th; and defined “public street” as the entire width of a roadway, owned by Hideout, including the shoulder and gutter.
