NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hideout Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

  1. Consideration and recommendation to the Hideout Town Council regarding an amendment of the Resort Specially Planned Area (RSPA) zoning district to allow specified public facilities as conditional uses within the RSPA zone; and
  2. Consideration and recommendation to the Hideout Town Council regarding a proposed lot combination of Hideout Canyon lots 41 and 42; and
  3. Consideration and recommendation to the Hideout Town Council regarding an amendment of the Master Development Agreement (MDA) for Deer Springs allowing short-term rentals in Phases 2A, 2B, 4, and 8; and
  4. Discussion and recommendation to the Hideout Town Council of an Ordinance regarding updates, technical corrections, and amendments to Hideout Municipal Code Titles 10, 11, and 12 (detailed changes can be found attached).

 

Upon making a recommendation, public notice is hereby given that the Hideout Town Council will hold a subsequent meeting on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. for the following considerations:

  1. Consideration of an amendment of the Resort Specially Planned Area (RSPA) zoning district to allow specified public facilities as conditional uses within the RSPA zone; and
  2. Consideration of a proposed lot combination of Hideout Canyon lots 41 and 42; and
  3. Consideration of an amendment of the Master Development Agreement (MDA) for Deer Springs allowing short-term rentals in Phases 2A, 2B, 4, and 8; and
  4. Consideration of approving an Ordinance regarding updates, technical corrections, and amendments to Hideout Municipal Code Titles 10, 11, and 12 (detailed changes can be found attached).

Both meetings will be held in person at Hideout Town Hall, located at 10860 N Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah, as well as online via Zoom conference calling. 

Public comments are welcome and can be made either by attending in-person or by dialing or logging into Zoom conference calling using the following:

Additionally, public comments may also be emailed to hideoututah@hideoututah.gov. All emailed comments will be distributed to the Planning Commission or Town Council and entered into public record. Comments must be received prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting in order to be considered.
